About Our Classes
Kids Martial Arts
Our San Jose Kids Martial Arts program is blowing parents away. Many parents enroll their kids thinking martial arts is simply self-defense… and they're happily shocked to find that their kids are learning incredible life-skills, too.
Our San Jose program helps children develop confidence, respect, courage and discipline. Parents - and teachers - notice a big difference from the first week.
Adult Martial Arts
San Jose Adult Martial Arts teach self-defense while helping you enrich your life with ancient philosophy. The combination of the two helps you grow and develop as a person, while gaining an unshakable confidence as your self-defense skills rise.
These classes are open to men and women of all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels. Whether you're a total noob, or a seasoned pro, you'll fit right in and have a powerful experience.
In a nutshell, San Jose Pilates is what happens when you take the most powerful elements from yoga, personal training, and meditation. In fact, every calorie-burning movement you do in Pilates contains a mixture of the three. Each motion is designed to provide your body with soothing relief… tone your muscles, and burn fat… and conscientious breathing makes you feel calmer and at peace.
The result is a workout that doesn't leave your body aching. In fact, your body will feel better after each class than when you arrived. Your mind and heart will feel calm, peaceful, and settled. And after just a couple weeks, you'll be pounds lighter too.
